US Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and take approximately between 3-5 business days to be delivered after the package dispatches our facility. Shipping times vary based on destination. If items are mistakenly shipped or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate information provided by the buyer, all resulting costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.   

Custom Order Shipping (US)
We do provide free shipping on custom orders within the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and take approximately between 3-5 business days to be delivered after the package dispatches our facility. Shipping times vary based upon destination. Please keep in mind that custom orders take longer to dispatch from our facility. If items are mistakenly shipped or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate information provided by the buyer, all resulting costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
 

Custom Order Shipping (International
We do not offer free shipping on International custom orders.
 When you request a custom order, we will promptly reply with a custom quote based on your desired dimensions and material choice for your item. This quote will include your discounted shipping cost based upon both your chosen dimensions and the delivery location. All orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited and take approximately between 3-5 business days to be delivered after the package dispatches our facility. Shipping times vary based on upon destination. Please keep in mind that custom orders take longer to dispatch from our facility. If items are mistakenly shipped or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate information provided by the buyer, all resulting costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
 

International Shipping 
We do not offer free international shipping. However, we do extend our discounted shipping rates to all of our customers. In effort to keep shipping costs to a minimum, all international orders will be charged a discounted flat rate. The flat rate charge is dependent upon the delivery destination. All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited and take approximately between 3-5 business days to be delivered after the package dispatches our facility. Shipping times vary based on destination. If items are mistakenly shipped or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate information provided by the buyer, all resulting costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.


Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.
 

Made For Tile may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country. 

We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Please Contact Us with your desired pan dimensionsmaterial choice (galvanized or copper), and your address. We will get back to you with a custom shipping quote using our discounted shipping rates.  

In-Transit Damage Policy
When you receive your delivery please inspect the box thoroughly. If the box is damaged you reserve the right to not accept the package. If you do not accept the package, our shipper will take the box with them. If this situation occurs please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will get in touch with the shipper to address and solve the issue. If the inside contents are determined damaged by the shipper, they will notify us and we will promptly send you a new item.

                                                                                        Returns

Returns (US & International)
We do not offer free US or international returns. However, we do extend our discounted shipping rates to all of our customers. We use UPS as our carrier of choice. Please understand that we only offer free shipping because the large size of our packages incur very high shipping costs, even with our discounted rates. How it works: we give your our discounted return shipping rate and then deduct the shipping cost from your total refund upon inspection and acceptance of your return. Before you consider returning your item, please reach out to us if you are having any difficulty installing your item. Because our pans are customizable, there are often ways to make adjustments in order to correct an issue with just a few simple instructions.

Most new, uninstalled items can be returned for a full refund if a return request is submitted within 10 days of the delivery date. If you report damage after our 10 day inspection period (from the date of delivery), it will be in Made For Tile's sole discretion to permit the buyer to return items. Returned items must be in resalable condition and all items are subject to inspection upon return. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please Contact Us as soon as possible. To expedite the process, please send your order number and photos to contact@madefortile.com. If the damage is determined to be a result of our error we will promptly address the issue and send a new product (at your request) at our expense. For returned items that show signs of damage, no refund will be granted and the cost of the return shipping will be charged to the buyer. 

Please note: We can only accept returned items that do not have any signs of damage. Installed items are non-returnable. 

The returns process is outlined below: 

1. Log in and open your order history by accessing your account settings on madefortile.com.

2. You will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your return request. 

3. We will send you an email with a return label that you will affix to your package and drop off at your nearest UPS location.

4. Upon receiving your package we will inspect it to ensure there is not damage to the item. If there is no damage, we will promptly release your refund. *The discounted return shipping rate will be deducted from your refund. If there is damage to the item, we will not release your refund and you will be charged for the return shipping rate.   

Custom Order Returns (US & International)
Custom orders cannot be returned unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In this case, we would cover the return shipping cost. Custom pans are made specifically for you! We ask that you please understand why we cannot accept returns on custom orders. 

Exchanges (US & International)
To make an exchange, you must submit a return request within 10 days of the delivery date of the item. 
If the product is being exchanged as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a new item (if requested). All items are subject to inspection upon reception. 

In all other cases, you must first return the product and then make a new purchase. You are responsible for both the return shipping cost of the item you wish to exchange and the shipping cost of the new order. As with our normal shipping and return policy, we extend our discounted return shipping rates. After submitting your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item for damage, we will simply deduct the shipping charge from your refund IF the item is returned without damage. If the item is returned damaged, we cannot release a refund for the item and you will be charged the cost of return shipping. 

All exchanged items must be returned in 100% resalable condition (uninstalled and unblemished).
  

Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $60. For items that are returned or exchanged as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), the restocking fee is waived.  

When Can You Expect Your Refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
